I like the taste of this gummies but I feel like they do not work all the time….Sometimes I feel like I can fall asleep easy with this and other times I’m up all night when I take these and have a hard time going to sleep…They were on sale so it was why not try them….My husband likes them better than I do says he’s been sleeping much better with these.I do love the coconut flavor of the gummy
